    And we have another fix in Patch 1.44.88

    • We addressed an issue where the game would lag when placing wall patterns on blocks that were touching roofs.

    I'll be waiting for feedback for now before marking as fixed.

    Accepting this as Solution for visibility though

So just an update I went back into game and I wanted to change the shape of the Greenhouse I had made on top of the building. Went in with the sledgehammer to remove some of the balcony fences and the game started lagging out. Moving the building also lagged it out for a good bit of time and then placing fences once it had started lagging as one of the balconys I decided to keep it decided it would lag placing down the fences.

I go back to placing IVY/Plants and the lag goes away. So is it possible it could be to do with something in the building mode since I have wallpaper already on the building?? Just a thought I had.

As said I don't use MODS/CC and I don't normally experience this in game but you know that and I know my Specs are way above minimum requirements. Hopefully this can get sorted soon and wanted to add these here as I felt they were related to the wallpaper issue.

    So I updated my drivers and repaired the game via origin - there's still no difference. I also noticed a lot of lag transitioning from Live mode to build/buy mode. 

    I only have issues with the build mode tools. There are no issues with placing items in buy mode.
