[FIXED] Eye color changes for male Sims on switching

Purple isn't the only color this happens with. I did some experimenting after hearing from other people and found the following:

Hazel eyes (sixth color, top row) shifts to pale green (seventh color, top row).

Gray-green (last color, top row) shifts to teal (first color, bottom row).

Blue-gray (fifth color, bottom row) shifts to light gray (sixth color, bottom row).

Dark gray (seventh color, bottom row) shifts to light brown (third color, top row).

Purple (last color, bottom row) shifts to red (eighth color, bottom row).

Problem affects male sims of all ages. Female sims completely unaffected.

 I'd like to remember that this doesn't happen only with purple eyes. The new colors added also don't work on male sims and don't transfer trough genetics.

I noticed i got a problem after the march patch. When i tried to change the eyecolor, eyebrow color in cas on my children, it won't save.

it will just change it to another color. it happens when i change the haircolor or move to another sim. it also happens when i only try to change the eyebrows and eyecolor.

it happens with and without cc.

also had the eyecolor not saving problem with my male sims.

I am having a similar problem, I have always had custom Super Bland Eyes from Mod the Sims, but they always worked without a hitch before. A female child Sim's eyes change color when switching sims in CAS.

Did you make sure that the custom content still works with the newest patch ? This could be a cc issue.

2 patches already, and male eyes still not fixed.

If the user above is using eye replacements that are tagged with the proper EA eye tags, that would explain why their CC eyes don't work, since the original eyes the CC ones meant to be replacing aren't working either. Someone said that the broken 5-6 male eye colours have simply been untagged from males, similar to how March patch also made teen girls lose some clothing and half the heels (which has been fixed since).

The "broken" eye colours are:

Swampy green, 6th from left, top row - changes to bright green
Grey green, 1st from right, top row - changes to bright green
Dark grey, 5th from left, bottom row - changes to light grey

Grey brown, 3rd from right, bottom row - changes to brown
Purple, 1st from right, bottom row - changes to red

I have the same issue here. The eyes only change to a boys and not to girls. :catsad:

But my problem is beyond the CAS, in game the eyes off all men kids keeps changing every time they go to another place or sleep and wake up.

I only have mods to add objects...

I Ran into the same issue, I have made a sim with a one of the new eyes and at some point in game the color changed to a normal green... Those eyes don't work with genetics on male too ☹️

There seems to be a super annoying bug. There are only a few eye colors available. when i click on a,- lets say dark green color, switch to my next sims, and go back to the sims im making, the eye color just changes to super light green or even light blue.

change that.

got no mods installed, recent patch, nothing works.
