Final update: This issue along with the removed "Loose Tooth" interaction are now resolved with the release of today's patch.

How often does the bug occur? Every time
What is your current game version number? Latest patch 4/18/23
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Loading any previously played family or downloading our sims from the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? All previously created sims have a face bug.
What do you expect to see? Sims faces to be normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Disabled , as always when a new patch is released. But no script mods when it is enabled
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Tested my game without cc and with cc and the effects are the same. All my premade sims have weird effects to their faces. I have a number of odd looking presets as well now. Some sims faces I am able to somewhat fix through CAS, the ones affected with very parted lips or cross eyes Im unable to make look normal. First picture is one of my sims in a posed picture, and the second is him loaded into CAS.
