Some of you all here are being just plain embarrassing. It's been less than 24 hours for an issue that is purely cosmetic, and there has already been some response from the team.
Is it annoying when you update a game expecting fixes and get bugs? Of course! Is the appearance of our Sims a big part of the game? Yes! But calling for people to be fired over this, and being rude and demanding, is just a bizarre overreaction.
Channel your energy into seeing if you can find anything out that might be helpful - for example one of you found out that custom content sliders were making part of the problem; those are by definition not EAs responsibility to maintain and all mods/cc come with the caveat that game updates may break them.
I know some of us are rightly fed up of various glitches, but be respectful of other people - different teams work on different things, after all, and so the people putting out the kits could be nothing to do with this bug or any other bug, and they deserve to continue with their job and sell their product.
Finally, the forums here are for the most part manned by volunteers - not employees - please use them for their intended purpose of reporting and troubleshooting bugs... Not ranting over and over again. As annoyed as you might be, you're not going to get a solution more quickly by giving mostly-volunteers more work to do in managing these forums.
