Final update: This issue along with the removed "Loose Tooth" interaction are now resolved with the release of today's patch.

Hi there! I'm not sure whether it's still needed but since I have this issue as well, I'll fill out another report just in case:

How often does the bug occur? Everytime (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.42
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EPs - Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, High School Years, Growing Together GPs - Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Parenthood, Dream Home Decorator SPs - Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Spooky, Bowling Night, Nifty Knitting, Paranormal Kits - Throwback Fit, Fashion Street, Carnaval Streetwear, Pastel Pop, Little Campers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the previously created sims/pre-made townies in CAS. Some presets in CAS seem to be affected as well.
What happens when the bug occurs? Many sim's faces look weird. The squished mouth glitch seems to happen on every sim, the eyes look strange only on some in my game. Some sim's mouths look like they're permanently partially open, their teeth are showing (which shouldn't be the case, I think, or I'm tripping) - I'll attach an example to this comment.
What do you expect to see? Normal-looking sims without deformities.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Only MC Command Center but I tried to remove it again and the issue is still there.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes (Although I noticed some of my old sim's - those that I uploaded to the gallery like 2 years ago before going on a break - mouths were permanently partially open even before this patch. Other issues are recent though - the squished mouth and strabism.)
