[FIXED] Fear of Dead End Job not Conquered/Excessive

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim go to work. They will 95% of the time come back with "fear of dead end job." this happens even when the job is perfect for their personality ex: a writer for someone who is a creative book worm, they get this fear. When you complete the "regain passion for job" action, it does not work. Ever. They will still have this fear.
What happens when the bug occurs? 95% of the time sims come home with "fear of dead end job." this happens even when the job is perfect for their personality ex: a writer for someone who is a creative book worm, they get this fear. When you complete the "regain passion for job" action, it does not work. Ever. They will still have this fear. This makes the sim constantly tense with no way to end it.
What do you expect to see? I expect the fear of a dead end job to: A) appear far less often B) go away once the sim has completed the "regain passion for job" action.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I'm having this problem too my sim is in high-school and has both the livestreamer job and the programming after school activity.  She got the fear from the livestreaming job, and I had her complete a day of work with the positive moodlet from regain passion, and the fear is still there.  Even the reward potion is not removing the fear.

January was my first chance to use Wants and Fears because the HSY patch broke my game. I just had to wipe everything and start again to play. I added an athlete with the Active Trait, and switched between the athletic aspirations. She loves sport and was doing well at work, earning quick promotions and happiest when at the gym or jogging. But every day she arrived home depressed with Fear of Dead End Job. Even after promotions. She was absolutely miserable. I just had to disable Wants and Fears. It was making her a misery to play. It's clearly broken.

But now if course I can't earn those extra points. I miss Whims. There was nothing wrong with them. If they were random you just swapped them out. Just like I had to disable Lifestyles and Neighbourhood Stories because they too were so flawed.

I'm on Xbox Series S.

Yes I turned off wants and fears because this fear was popping up constantly. It’s really annoying when you are playing one of the Get To Work careers where you follow them to their job because I’ve found the only way to conquer the fear is to send them to their job alone.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage living, seasons, cats and cogs, dream home decorator, realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, paranormal, my first pet, laundry day and perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The fear of dead end job shows up, I drink a remove fear potion. The fear is temporarily removed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The fear reappears and will not permanently go away regardless of how many times I drink the potion.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sims not having this fear after I drink the “fear begone” potion.
