Oh yeah, I keep ignoring it thinking it might have been CC, but it's not. Sims I got from the gallery, without any CC and regular body frames, have this issue and there's no way anybody would upload Sims to the gallery with such an obvious mistake. Makes me think this is an issue with existing clothing that broke recently.
I've got this too on Xbox Series S. I just wiped my game and started again to see if it helped the constant crashing. I started my new game, went into CAS and it was the very first thing I saw. A randomly generated Sim in the butterfly top with trousers and daylight where her tummy should be.🙄 I was absolutely not amused.
