Yeah, This is something I've seen in my own game at the time but I think they have since fixed this

Did you try to go travelling ?
I'm having the 'clean' problem also. When I try to 'Clean' the toilets, the 'Use' action fires. They go, flush, then wash their hands. I've also noticed the male pee animations are out of sync and they longer i play, the more out of sync they become.
i don't have any mods that could affect it, the few i do have our just clothing.
I have also noticed the male standing animations is off lol the 'wee' is never straight....bit too realistic hahaha
I did notice the male animation being off myself but did you guys try the usually troubleshooting steps for the toiled and sink (replace, go traveling, start new game for testing purposes) to see if it starts working again (or works in a new game to see if it's something off with the existing one) ?
