[FIXED] Flush or clean the toilet broken and do no auto wash hands

Since the pool patch my sims no longer wash hands auto after using the toilet and they can no longer clean or flush the toilet! All the toilets in my game are now really smelly lol and i cannot ge...

    Yeah, This is something I've seen in my own game at the time but I think they have since fixed this

    Marking it as fixed for now.

My sims can flush toilets on the first floor of the house but not the second floor.  On the second floor they get the bubble their path is blocked.  If I move the toilet that they can't flush from the second floor to the first floor then they can flush it again.  If I then move it back to the second floor they can no longer flush it. I tried many different locations on the second floor and they can't do it anywhere there.
