[FIXED] Flush or clean the toilet broken and do no auto wash hands

Sounds like I'm dealing with a similar issue.

Sims can use all toilets, but toilets located on the second and third floors cannot be flushed or cleaned. When I initiate a "flush" interaction, my sim just uses the facility again and doesn't flush or auto wash hands. My sim is a slob, but I tested other sims without this trait, and the same thing happens. 

I've attempted rearranging the bathroom to ensure nothing is my sim's way. 

I have no mods or cc.

I tested what the above poster LynBeauty said. I moved the affected toilets downstairs, and they were flushable! Moving them back upstairs, they no longer could be flushed.

Did you try replacing the toilet or move it to a differnt location within the bathroom ? That helped in my game

@crinrict This issue sounds more like a routing/pathfinding issue. At the moment sims in my game don't have any issues accessing toilets on first, second, third, fourth floor and basement. It can be cleaned, flushed and they wash hands after using the toilet.
