Babies' skin tone in the skewer and household portraits should now match their skin tone in-game

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? I have all updates
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the blame yourself and adopt a baby or have one on your own.
What happens when the bug occurs? All babies are all dark skinned.
What do you expect to see? For this to get fixed. This been going on for months now. I thought with new updates this would be one of the things that should've got fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
