Babies' skin tone in the skewer and household portraits should now match their skin tone in-game

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a household adopt or have a baby/download a household with a newborn from the gallery. Then look at that household in the "Manage Household" section.
What happens when the bug occurs? The newborn, and only the newborn, looks darker than the actual gameplay. Sometimes, they also appear darker in the relationship tab.
What do you expect to see? I expect the newborn's picture to match that of the actual skintone.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is really imersion breaking. It has happened so many times both in modded and vanilla game.. I saw a thread that later said this bug was fixed but I'm still having the issue.
