[FIXED] [FR] [CD] [DO] [GTW] Households funds stay same when transferring money

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have tried this on two computers, one of them without any mods. Start a new game with a sim and buy a lot. Make it a Residental Rental and make a room for yourself, a room to rent out and a shared space. Next, buy a retail store. Finally, try to transfer money between household and retail.
What happens when the bug occurs? Transferring from household to retail does not withdraw anything from household but instead copies the value over to retail. Transferring from retail to household causes the money to be lost completely.
What do you expect to see? The same number of simoleons being withdrawn and deposited.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is happening in my game aswell! Incredibly frustrating as I can't play with the for rent pack atall because of the amount of bugs. 
When I have a sim who has a rental lot, who also owns a business, when transferring funds the household amount simply does not decrease. Completely ruins gameplay. 

Any sims who are tenants / live in a rental unit and own businesses are bugged. 
I have zero mods in my game. 
When I go into the business lot and try to transfer funds, it sends the funds to the business, but the household amount does not decrease. 
I have tested this with other households and the only households who have the funds decrease correctly are the ones who own a basic lot. This has only happened since installing For Rent. I have uninstalled my game entirely and re-installed, also repaired and tried brand new saves. It's completely ruined the game ☹️ 

I CANNOT for the life of me figure out a way around this bug for Dine out!

So there is a pretty common bug I am assuming, where you cannot transfer your household funds to your business funds and vise versa.

Play on PC and I am not using any mods though in the past I have used them but they are disabled. I have ALL packs for the sims 4 and none of them are pirated. I have tried to delete the thumbnail cache in my files, I have tried to repair my game multiple times, I even sold my business in a recovered game to see if that does anything, nothing, and all my progress on the restaurant would be deleted!!! I Have also tried putting my restaurant on a new lot on a different world and that didn't work.  Every time I try to transfer money from business to household it SHOWS me it subtracts from the business funds but it WILL NOT show up in my household funds. same thing happens when I add money to my business funds. My household funds just freeze, it'll add to my business funds just not subtract from household, or it will keep the amount of money and not add to my household but subtract from my business funds. if anyone has ANY IDEA how to fix this let me know!!  if not Ill report it to EA and I'll try Dine out Reloaded or something.

UPDATE: I think it is a problem when you live on a residential rental lot, I tried a different sim with a different restaurant, and this different sim resided on a regular residential lot funds transferred perfectly fine. weird bug, IF anyone knows a work around to this let me know.
