[FIXED] [FR] Dirty Wall Decals Not Tagged as 'Shabby'

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Filter by FR and the Shabby Decor Filter
What happens when the bug occurs? The FR decals don't show under the Shabby filter
What do you expect to see? For them to, considering other pack's wall decals do
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Using the Shabby Filter, other packs with grungy wall decals appear here. 

However, if you filter by For Rent, these ones do not

To be consistent with the dirty decals from other packs, they should be tagged as Shabby
