    Property Ownership of "Tam Nang Sands" lot will be recognized in the owned rental tab.

    Fixed in Patch 1.107.112/1.92

    I do hope this fixes the issue for everyone in this thread, especially those that had it on other businesses too.

    If you still have issues, please create a new thread describing exactly which lot you have the issue on and which businesses.

My sims was a property owner and landlord of the place they live in, however, after I closed and reopened the game, he no longer owns that property nor can he buy it! Even if I move him out and try to buy it I can't, I can only move there to live... what can I do ?? I spent all of his saving building that community 😞

    @TheBNT Is this on save with no mods/cc ? Did the rest of the progress save properly ?

      Yes! I have no mods or cc. I can buy another rental property and build different apartments there, but if I move in I automatically stop being the owner.

    So when I loaded my saved game where the Sims I created were the property owners/managers, I just went back to build mode, left everything on the property as is, but changed the property type back to residential. Then changed it back to residential rental and it made my sims the owners/managers again. Only thing was I had to reassign the units. Probably a bug they need to address 🙄🙄
