[FIXED] [FR] Justly evicting and still being fined

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? 

The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic. 

I got fined after evicting a tenant during the grace period; and also after a tenant broke the lease.

This also happens to my sims!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Justly evict a sim during the grace period
What happens when the bug occurs? I am still fined 500 Simoleons for "unjustly" evicting a sim
What do you expect to see? I expect to not be fined for justly evicting a sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? yes but all my mods are updated. I have also tested this by playing the game vanilla with a new save file and it still happens. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It happens since launch day of The Sims 4 For Rent

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs up to and including For Rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As a landlord, have a tenancy in the grace period. The tenancy agreement screen should say "Justly Evict". Try to evict this tenant either through the agreement screen or through direct interaction through the social menu option.
What happens when the bug occurs? The eviction is always considered unjust. Landlord gets a relationship penalty, tenant reacts negatively, unit score goes down.
What do you expect to see? Just evictions being treated differently as the game text indicates they should.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The Just Eviction option (from Tenant Agreement screen or Rental social menu) behaves exactly like the Unjust Eviction option. 

Tenants begin crying, react upset/angry.

Unit score goes down.

The text says 'Justly Evict'. Tenancy is in grace period. 

The fine has a chance of not triggering but the negative consequences of 'Justly Evict' happen every time. 

I did look at the tuning as well and there is no positive/neutral outcome tuned for this interaction (Justly Evict). 

I had also had this happen when tenants moved out of their own will
