@TheSimsDirect One of my tenants broke the lease of their own free will. I got compensated. And then 2 days later got a fine for an unjust eviction. I have found (here, on Reddit, and in FB groups) I am not the only one.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Justly evict a sim during the grace period
What happens when the bug occurs? I hear the negative sound just as I click justly evict, the unit rating goes down, and then later I get notice that a settlement will coir. I am then fined for the eviction
What do you expect to see? I do not expect to be fined for justly evicting a sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I just purchased For Rent, and since i've been using the feature (about 03/25/2024)
