I'm not sure if my issue is really the same thing because I've been able to rent out apartments just fine... until now. All my leases ended (8 units) and so I wanted to fill the vacancies again, however anytime I try and fill the vacancy the rent cap is either $3 or $4. Keep in mind the units I'm renting out are nice units and before this issue they were renting out from around $110-$250 (6 units on one lot, 2 on another). Not sure where to fix this or if I've accidentally triggered something

      I have the same issue. Usually the lot has been going for over 100 and then the tenant moves out and the max rent is 2 or 4 simoleons only...
