I have the For rent pack it was working alright it was saying I could set my rent to $202 a day etc and then the people living there wanted to move out so I got new people to move in and all of a sudden I could only set the rent to $5 a day max and all of the rent caps were $1-$5 a day max

      The build buy solution didn't work for me, but I sold the rental property and repurchased and it fixed the rent.
