    • When a tenant Sim bulldozes a unit in a Residential Rental, the rent for other hidden units won't reset to zero.

    Fixed in Patch 1.110.265/2.01

I have the exact same issue. Had it before the update but it's still there now. In world overview it does state an amount. For example one unit says it should cost 108 per day. But my bills in gamw state that it costs 0!! I have no idea how to fix it. I do have mods but I check them often and have the better exceptions mod to scan them for any problems. It doesn't seem any mod is causing this, I think it's a bug more people have, people who don't play with any mods.
