[FIXED] [FR] Residential Rentals - Unable to Build/Edit lot

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions minus lovestruck, horses, San sequoia. Stuff packs - cool kitchen, fitness, home chef, laundry day, Moschino, movie hangout, knitting, paranormal, patio, romantic, garden, tiny living, toddler, vintage glam, backyard. Kits- courtyard oasis, country kitchen, greenhouse, maximalist, desert lux, book nook, blooming rooms. Game - fine out, decorator, jungle, outdoor retreat, parenthood, magic, spa, strangerville, vampires, werewolves.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build rental property with 7 sims on empty brindleton bay 64x64 lot. Have a sim buy lot and rent it out. Move 1 sim into each rental. Play as a renting sim and earn money to edit lot.  Go into build mode and try to edit lot by expanding room size or add/delete build mode items.

What do you expect to see? When playing as tenant, I expect to be able to enter build mode and make changes to my lot. At least be able to make changes to lot as property owner, add rooms, edit room sizes, delete rooms with no tenent.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? NA xbox

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No I played they day lovestruck came out and was able to edit lot before and after the update. In the same day, after update, I was able to edit another sims lot, but when I changed to another tenent the ability to edit stopped for all units and shared spaces.

Things I've done to try and fix it:

• Toggled unit visibility
• Edited from manage worlds with units filled
• Made sure the room was assigned to unit (I can't even make changes to shared spaces)
• Tried editing as property owner (build mode)
• Enabled free build (while property owner)
• Made sure I had enough money to make change
• Moved all sims off lot and sold lot, could not make changes from manage worlds.  Restarted game in between.
• Moved sims back into units and edited in build mode

‌ive have been playing this save for 9 sim weeks (and approximately 2 real weeks) without this issue. It has totally ruined my tiny town challenge. which was the only thing that brought me back to the sims after months of not playing.
