I am having this problem as well when it comes to uploading both Sims households and lots onto the gallery. Endless spinning circle that causes me to have to force quit my game. I have removed all my mods, restarted the app, restarted my computer. repaired my game, and nothing works. I did get one gallery error that said the server was down. Now it’s not even letting me connect to the gallery. For reference, I was able to upload to the gallery just fine a few days ago.
