[FIXED] [GALLERY] Favorites Not Showing/Disappearing

I had a Chrome extension that was causing the issue. I removed it and can sign in again.

@gcfhani   Hi!  Thanks for reporting this!  I noticed recently when looking at shares by creators I follow that my "heart" wasn't showing even though I knew I had clicked the fave.  I thought I was losing my mind.  lol   My issue is different but I do think it's related so I clicked "me too" here. 

When I click to show "My Favorites", as @crinrict mentioned earlier, I see lots, rooms and households.  The problem is that only one of them actually shows my "heart".  That one I fav'ed today.

You can see the one I fav'ed today has my "heart" but the others do not.  Also, it was kind of difficult to find them because the sort by Newest does not work.  These were a few pages down.  I don't think that filter ever worked actually but I guess that's a topic for a different thread. 

Lastly, I noticed all of those lots display a shared date of 5/31/14 ... 2014??  I'm pretty sure that is not accurate considering all of the comments are from August 23.

I don't know if this has anything to do with the favorites issue but I wanted to mention it, just in case.  Hopefully the team will be able to fix the Gallery issues soon!

@JonaO703  There are quite a few having the date issue. I saw @Pugowned has the same problem. She did share it and was told it's being looked into.  I can't help but wonder what is being looked at. The gallery fix at the end of May wasn't to fix the gallery for us. EA fixed it for them to put out more packs faster from what I understand and it failed terribly.

The gallery and EA app is coming up with more shenanigans every day. It's a mess with no end insight. The EA app decided we were having an update but it wasn't real? People unable to play.   A free lunch box and useable back pack doesn't fix the gallery problems and I've been hearing the free stuff is bugged too.

When will you actually do something? I know one thing for sure you are telling us nothing. Possibly because you have not intended a fix for the gallery and we will never see the news feed again. So disappointing you let your patrons down all the time.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) - It will stay saved until I log out of game and back in.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions, Game Packs, and Stuff Packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the Gallery > Your account > Favorites
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to see any of my favorited creators except 1.  Each time I "favorite" a creator it saves for as long as my game is open, only when I come back none of them are saved so when I try to sort by creators, I have saved it only shows me 1 and my own creations.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I have in the past, but none are installed now.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? It has been going on for some time, I have noticed it in the past but have never tried to come to report it.
Please describe the patch or change you made. The game has been updated several times and is currently completely updated and it still keeps happening.
