Also cannot fix/remove gamers I follow let alone update it at all despite following numerous steps:

What is your current game version number? Latest version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Toddler Stuff, My first pet, Journey to Batuu (spelling?), Growing Together and the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to follow creators in the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? I get this irritating message saying I cannot follow anymore people, yet it says I'm following zero and have been followed by one person.
What do you expect to see? I keep hoping to see the people I want to follow but no dice
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I've removed then placed them back piecemeal, first body related mods that did not work, next removed those, placed in build items that also did not work, I then removed the ones I have for gameplay and poses still did not work even after I removed more and more
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Pretty much the latest patch
Have cleared the cache, repaired game, uninstalled yet does not seem to work at all ☹️ the EA app also does not detect any of the people I know play the game one of whom I've sent an invite to earlier, they all have steam by the way
