Since there still seems to be confusion regarding the actual issue, I took more screenshots to prove a point. And trust me, it is difficult to document the problem when it's a matter of showing something that SHOULD be there, but isn't. How do you properly capture the absence of something?
As a test, I re-followed CillasYT, who used to be on my Following list before the gallery was "fixed." Her last creation was on Dec 4, 2023 (just a few days ago). If you look her up via her EA ID, all her gallery uploads show.
However, if I try to look up her via Newest uploads of people I'm following, she's gone. There are posts from October on there, but it does not show any of her new works-- or rather, it doesn't show her AT ALL as a Followed account. The uploads shown are locked to the nine people the Gallery allows me to follow, no more. I cannot add people permanently (or even temporarily, for that matter). The only way to see the 30+ people that should be on there from my initial Following list is to look up each one individually. I am locked to nine people followed. Oh, and when I restarted the game, CillasYT was gone again.
I am not so concerned about the Anonymous thing. I recognize most of their icons, so that's just a matter of annoyance.
But the fact I cannot follow more than nine people at a time is supremely frustrating.
Things I've tried that have not worked:
- Removing all mods and playing on a clean save.
- Deleting all Following and re-following them.
- Clearing all game caches.
- Verifying files.
- Restarting my computer after saving on a clean file.
- Waiting for names to populate for 45+ minutes.
- Deleting all following, restarting x 2, re-adding the names.
It is not my computer either, if that was considered a possibility. It's able to run modern games on max graphical settings with no issue. And since the Sims has adamantly stuck to allowing specs that even the most potato of computers can run, my memory and graphics are not contributing to the problem.

I am officially out of ideas and there have been numerous patches since the Gallery refresh that have not addressed the issue.
