[FIXED] [GALLERY] Some Maxis favorites are no longer favorited

I'm so baffled!! I've been using the gallery for years to favourite households, lots, etc to use for later when I want to upgrade sims or buildings. Somehow ive lost all my old favourites and I cant refresh it to get rid of the favourites I have now un-liked. I had hundreds of favourited things from the gallery and they have all disappeared which has made me really frustrated because I had some of the most amazing builds ever favourited, and now I wont be able to use them. I have cleared my cache AFTER I found the issue as thats what was recommended when I went searching, but it did nothing. If I download it to my library its fine and those dont go missing - its just my favourites. Can someone please help??
