[FIXED] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 102/122:33015dcc

Hi I am also having this error, the error code is 102:33015dcc:99c26b61 At first I got this error with CC and mods but then I got the same error multiple times after clearing out my cache files, removing my mods folder, using a backup save, and turning off mods in game. I am having the issue with the current game version and the previous patch but I did not have the error before the large lovestruck update (I got the pack at the same time so I'm not 100% when the error started)
steps to reproduce: > manage households > split household > select 3 / 4 sims in the household to move from current sulani household to a household with sims in it in del sol valley > confirm > switch to del sol valley click play on new combined household
> see loading screen
> select world screen pops up with an error saying "The game failed to load. Error Code: 102:33015dcc:99c26b61. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.
jobs of all sims involved (all adults): sulani household: sim 1: marine biologist (level 10) sim 2: custom career with ministry of labor sim 3: unemployed sim 4 (this one was not being moved): unemployed
del sol valley household: sim 1: mixologist career (level 9) sim 2: stylist career (level 3) sim 3: unemployed sim 4: unemployed sim 5: unemployed
other things I tried:
- Still got the error after having the sim with the custom ministry of labor quit her job
- Instead of moving 3 sims at once I moved sim 3 from the sulani household to a different household and then into the del sol valley household. I didn't get the error at first but then I got the error after moving the remaining sims out leaving just sim 3 from sulani in the house.
- Tried to move all of the sims except for one out of the del sol valley household and then play the remaining unemployed sim in that household - same error
