@Iridian999 It seems like the search function needs some work, so I'll make it easy for you and tag them
@TheSimsDirect so you can hopefully go right to their profile. From there, direct message them with either a Google Drive or Dropbox link to a file with your affected save files and any last exception files you have after getting the glitch.
Make sure you make the files accessible to the public, there should be a page on the front page of the forums on how to do this properly. Essentially, find the settings for the file you want to share with them and make sure it says it's able to be edited by people who have the link, otherwise they can't download them. Tell them what issues you've been having, be as specific as you want, and they should respond relatively quickly. I was able to get a response in only a few days and they passed my files on to the sims team.
Lastly, do try to be patient with stuff like this. It can be really hard to track down glitches like this, especially with how many packs are out now. There are tons of variables they have to account for before they can finally isolate the issue, and then they have to figure out a fix for it after that. From my understanding, it's not consistently caused by one thing from what we players can tell, so it's not like they can go in and change one setting and fix it all in one go. Unfortunately it seems like something that could take some time. But sending in your saves helps shorten that time in the long run.
If you need help finding last exception files or putting copies of your affected save files into a drive/dropbox folder, DM me and I'll help you out!
