[FIXED] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 123:

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.108.318.1020 DX9...

The game failed to load: Error Code: 123:6d9af85d:a091d57f


Was playing the game after installing the new update, and had my Sim travel from one lot to another, and after loading was complete, I was sent back to the worlds screen and the error popped up. I tried restarting my Sims, and when I was loaded into the worlds screen, the same error showed up once again. I am playing on PS4 so no mods are present. I have no clue what to do lol

EDIT: The lot I was trying to go to also has a yellow icon with a warning symbol on it

Fixed my issue by loading into a new lot with the broken Sim, one that is not the sims household, or the lot that the sim was trying to load into

    I had a similar error. My Error Code was 123:83aeb7c5:c687f89b. 

    The fix you suggested worked for me as well. 

    I tried with another Sim in a different household and had the same error.  I was surprised when the suggestion worked.

      From reading, yesterday everyone is experiencing this problem now where it shows an Error code when launching the game. not being able to get past the " error when launching game code... " even after multiple relaunches?!
