[FIXED] Game Failed to Load - Error Code 123:

Steps: How can we find the error ourselves? My Sim was invited to a motel date. He went to Ciudad Enamorada, to the bar "Laguna del Abrazo", I got the error 123:2ecc6552:df9e17e
What happens when the error occurs? I get a message that says "Failed to load game. Error code: 123:2ecc6552:df9e17e . Restarting the game is recommended." When I click "OK" and restart the game, and try to travel to Ciudad Enamorada again, I get the error again.
What do you expect to see? The ability to travel to lots.
Have you installed any game settings, such as custom content or mods? Never used.
