Actor prep tasks will no longer reset on traveling.
- This is the second travel issue in the game… was it trying to tell us something?

@crinrictTried all four agencies. Tried different gigs, different Prep tasks, travelling to different cities, different neighborhoods, different lot types...
If you complete a prep task and travel, the task will no longer be completed.
The Acting career is no longer able to be completed.
Will now try out other careers.
Edit 1: Work from home assignments in Conservationist career appears to be working fine.
Edit 2: Tried several other careers. Daily tasks, promotion tasks, work from home tasks appear to all be fine. Looks like only Acting career is broken.
I’ve had this exact same issue since the patch (along with that annoying glitch of not being able to shower) and I’ve used different agencies, but the problem is the same.
I'm also having this problem and tried what you suggested. Switching agencies did not change the outcome. I've been able to do well with my gigs, however before I had level 8 acting that was not possible. I tried completing the prep tasks on various lots in different worlds before heading to the gig, and still the prep tasks are gone.
No hope of this ever getting fixed... EA sent everyone home. Heck, their customer service is barely working at the moment. For that matter, their Help website AND the game client keep going down on a regular basis. Sad to see a company go south like this.
I have this issue now, and we’re in March. Is this normal?
