@Cabelle1863 I used to be that way with mods too, but I trust both MCCC and Little Ms Sam. Both will update within one to two days of a patch or update or new expansion/pack/whatever. Little Ms Sam goes through each and every single one of her mods and will leave a message on if you need to redownload one or if EA fixed the problem it was fixing and to remove it. She does this all usually within one day, although sometimes it takes her two because she has a LOT of different mods. Not just the main ones, but also fixes and random mods (in her small mod section). I would NEVER offer up a mod from someone who is not up to my extreme standards and so far only two places have made me happy. 😉 Although if anyone else knows of modders who are THAT dedicated and trustworthy, feel free to PM me and I will happily take a look. :D
I can't imagine reacting to my own family and pets in disgust. Now who is going to be disgusted by a cute little baby? As a Mom, I didn't even mind changing dirty diapers so this disgusted reaction is one that really gets on my nerves. As an animal lover with 3 cats and a dog in real life I'm equally appalled by them reacting in disgust to their poor pets. So I did the only thing I could think of to help you poor people, outsource! I'm just glad I stopped making celebrities before this happened in my games. I was getting upset when my SIM was getting too distracted by the fans to pay attention to his significant other on their date. It was that moment I realized BEING the celebrity in a family scenario wasn't going to work for me so I made a forever single SIM girl to be my celebrity. I haven't played her in a long time, as you can tell. I guess I just wasn't meant for the spot light. Hahaha.
