[FIXED] [GF] Recording Product Review drops from queue

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most recent I believe. not sure
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, City Living,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim try to record a video at the video station from Get Famous about a product review
What happens when the bug occurs? I tell the sim to do a product review of either toys, beauty products, or gadgets and the sim more often then not doesn't do it. The command disappears from their queue for no apparent reason.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the sim recording the video, instead they just stand in front of the video screens without the command.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Please advise why the sims are not following direction and recording videos at the video station about product reviews.
