Sims who have chosen to forgo the spotlight will no longer gain unwanted fame.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Repeat Stepping in and out of Spotlight
What happens when the bug occurs?: Fame even though it is turned off in the game options.
What do you expect to see?: "Opted out of Fame" works normally
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: After Latest patch (08/'22)
