[FIXED] [GRO] Milestones Don't Transfer From Gallery Download

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALl DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upload a sim to the gallery with milestones and place them down into a save
What happens when the bug occurs? The milestones do not get retained (one might think this is due to milestones bloating sim data, but at that point why are we allowed to store 100 preference traits and have those upload just fine?)
What do you expect to see? I expect milestones to be saved properly to the gallery (if sim linking is an issue, milestones by default have a system to remove references for sims and just replace descriptions to be generic instead of specifying locations/sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

If skills transfer from gallery downloads, theres no reason why milestones can't
