Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rotate between your played households and invite members of another family (including an infant) to stay the night.
What happens when the bug occurs? During the visit/overnight stay the infant could no longer sit in a chair/crawl eat other than from bottle. When playing their household again, both infants in the household had lost all their milestones - on the day they are to age up and become a toddler. Existing toddlers milestones are completely gone and i accessible from their infant time
What do you expect to see? That the milestones for infants and toddlers don't go missing!
