[FIXED] [GRO] Study Numbers toddler milestone can't be completed

@Odyssey81418 I may have a solution... what I ended up doing is cheating my skill back down to 1 and then I had my toddler start learning the skill using a tablet. All I was able to learn was shapes. So I switched to one of my parent sims and all they could teach was letters. However, when I switched to my other parent sim they could teach her numbers. I think I was around level 4 of the thinking skill when I discovered this. Nothing else worked for me. I hope this helps someone else!
