[FIXED] [GRO] Toddler 'Learn to Run' Milestone Won't Complete

This really should be combined with Toddler milestone 'max movement skill' won't complete in my opinion because it's just a different symptom of the same issue. Both are because the milestones are based on the movement level and you do not automatically get the milestones at age up when you automatically get movement skill as a toddler.

Here is what I posted on that thread:

Another possible work around for those who do not have cheats or the ability to install mods:

• When your baby first becomes an infant, do not get any milestones, age up to toddler immediately.
• Work toddler movement skill to at least level 2 in order to get 2 milestones since they did not have the movement skill at all.
• Age the toddler up to a child. For some reason the milestones won't save on age down unless at least a child.
• Go to manage worlds.
• Save the family out to the library with just 1 adult and the child.
• Delete the child in CAS.
• Merge the saved version of the family into your current save, but just keep the child and delete the extra adult.
• The child can be aged down to an infant because it's technically a new sim.
• Remember to set the relationships with the family such as father/mother. You can do this for new sims without cheats or mods.
• Load into the game with the new family.

You will lose any relationships the infant had with sims outside of the household, but you can rebuild them in game. Your previously earned toddler milestones will still be on the infant. When you earn all of the infant milestones and age up to a toddler again, you will start with the level 3 movement skill milestone. The previous 2 milestones are preserved and you can earn the last 3 by getting level 3, 4 and 5 in movement.
