For some reason since Seasons this had gotten worse at one of the cafes.
At Hare and Hedgehog, for some reason the game now spawns four baristas when I arrive on the lot. Two of them are there already when the zone loads, and they don't have the barista title and will operate as regular coffee guests even though they are still wearing their barista uniform.
Then two more baristas will arrive, but they both have the red Barista title at the same time. Only one of them can use the espresso bar, because there's only one on the lot and the other will stand outside at the spawn point idle.
This doesn't happen over at the other coffee shop, South Square Coffee, but that has whole other issues of simulation lag where after a few seconds the entire lot stops working and every sim stands idle.

When the lot loads, everyone present at spawn time will become a generic cafe customer - this includes the initial baristas the lot spawned and also the new seasonal stall vendor NPCs in the area - they leave their stalls and come to order coffees.
