    Steam will no longer accumulate in rooms above indoor swimming pools, or natural pools, built with vents.

    Fixed in Patch 1.58.63

So I'm trying to figure out where this issue is coming from but I got nothing. The steamers in the pool will make a poof of steam which floats away and nothing is left. I tried turning mods on and off but nothing. Any suggestions?

    Pools do not create fog. Are you perhaps thinking of a Spa that will fog up if you choose to woohoo there.

      You can put fog in the pools via the steaming vents in the pool menu

    I have the same problem: my steam flies into the sky!

      Same issue.   If there is no level above it flies into the sky; if there is a level above, the bubbles and steam percolate there.
