[FIXED] [GT] Weird grass textures

I'm having the same problem too, started after the Jungle patch

Forgot to load pics: This happened after the patch for The Jungle pack. 

I am having the exact same issue! It occurred after I had updated my game with the Jungle Adventure patch.

Adding a "Me Too" on this one. Nothing new to add for pictures as I haven't seen it anywhere else than what's already been shown.

The flickering in Windenburg is really bad though and bothers my eyes. I really, really hope this gets fixed soon and doesn't end up on the backburner, because I don't think I can play in those areas of Windenburg with the flickering as they are now.

Jungle Patch caused this on my end too.

I noticed this graphical glitch in Windenburg right after I had installed the Jungle Adventure patch for my copy of the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to Windenburg to the pools lot
What happens when the bug occurs? walls starts to bleed textures of grass though the walls
What do you expect to see? no bleeding
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I deleted my sims 4 folder and started over because those saves where getting old. like a year old when I went to Windenburg (pool area) I notice the walls has bleed textures of grass. not sure when this started. I repair game though Origin, no hope, updated video drivers, no hope. I even updated my SSD driver and still no hope.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to windenburg and look around almost anywere in the town part. (not the coutryside nor the island). Also click on any bushes
What happens when the bug occurs? There are a lot of texture errors around town, so there are lots of green areas where there shouldn't be. (Especially near the water on the fences). Also whenever i click on a bush, it shows that can do things with it but the text doesn't show up. So for instace, I can't know whether I am trying to wohoo or try for baby.
What do you expect to see? The actual textures on windenburg and the interaction menu on bushes.

I have removed the mods folder completely and these issues still come up. 

Here yu can see the green texture errors on the fence near the factory one buildig.
