[FIXED] [GTW] Alien skin tone missing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.57.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS -> Alien Sim -> Skin Tones.
What happens when the bug occurs? One of the alien skin tones is missing.
What do you expect to see? All nine of the alien skin tones.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated to the newest update.

Before the new update there was a total of 9 different skin tones for alien sims. Now there is only 8, which has removed the skin tone I use the most for my alien sims. The skin tone is still there when I click faces but absent from the skin tone tab.

    We were contacted by the Aliens and they have helped us reinstate their missing Skin Tone color in Create a Sim. Now all 8 Alien skin options are visible again.

    Fixed in Patch 1.7186/ 1.38

    So because there didn’t seem to be a fix I did some poking around.

    sim 1: no alien skin tones (except for the default weird colours)

    sim 2, alien: alien skin tones, no regular skin tones.

    sim 3, mermaid form: all skin tones including alien.

    sim 3, non-mermaid form: no alien skin tones

    sim 4, vampire: no alien skin tones

    sim 5, spellcaster: has access to alien and vampire eyes!!?? And alien skin tones. 

    can we just fix this so all skin colours are accessible for all sims? Please?

    I am also experiencing this issue, however I am missing ALL alien skintones. I have a half alien and three full aliens, and all of them only have access to human skintones. I can only get the correct skintones from the faces tab also, but this is not a fix because it deletes my Gen 4 genetics. This has also broken my default replacement, that replaced all alien skintones with TS@ minty green color.

    I am having an issue where all my skin tones are gone, Completely. Also, I noticed in one of the images added here that someone was able to get CC skin tones. How did you do that?
