    Aliens will now display accurate selected options for Eyebrows and Beards in Create A Sim.

    Fixed in Patch 1.59.73

is your game updated to the latest version ? Have you tried repairing your game as well ?

My game is up to date and repaired. Caches are cleared

    I'm running the latest version of this game and this problem is still present. I've been having it for the past 4 or so updates now.
