[FIXED] [GTW] Xenopetrium is missing rarity and selling value from hover text

New element "Xenopetrium" is missing the hover text for Rarity and Value.

    @crinrict This is fixed. Verified on 17 december 2015 patch.

I think this has to do with xenopetrium never having been added to the list of collectibles.  Also, from what I hear, it can't be added to the elemental display rack, which I'm thinking is for the same reason.
