This is also NOT A BUG. Only members of the household which owns the object can place the object in their inventory. The owner ID for each object is set when the object is purchased in build/buy mode or created [spawned] by a creativity object, and objects which are packaged with pre-made lots cannot be assigned to any household since the household IDs are generated when the households are created and the owner entries for pre-existing objects cannot be updated since this would cause loss of family collections and corruption of inventories.

So you're saying none of the members in the premade houses actually own the violins ?
It might not be a bug but it's not a nice thing either.

Second video is not working.
You do have the interaction though, does it not work or is it just dragging that's not working ?
As I understood OP, he doesn't have the interaction at all.
EDIT: I can confirm that dragging is not working for me either but I can put it in my Sims inventory with no issues if I use the interaction.
