[FIXED] Happy Login Rewards removed (Patch 1.99)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them that are available to buy.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check for your log in even rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my items are gone.
What do you expect to see? My items returned to my build mode catalog.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

We changed how Event rewards are stored with our September 18 update. After this change, we learned that some Simmers are missing rewards they earned through the Happy At Home Event we ran earlier this year.

To make sure everyone gets the rewards they earned, we’re granting players across all platforms the Happy At Home Event rewards with today’s update.

All of the Happy At Home Event rewards will be added to the game permanently with this update for all players, with no action needed from you. Need help finding them in-game? Read our guide on how to find your rewards in Build Mode and Create a Sim.

We don’t expect this issue to impact the Reaper’s Rewards Event, as those rewards will be linked to your EA account rather than stored only on your device. We don’t plan on adding those rewards to the Base Game at a later date. The addition of the Happy At Home Event rewards with today’s update are a one-time make good to thank you for your patience as we continue to work on, and improve, Events in The Sims 4.

I completed all the event logins and received all items but after today's update (9/18/24) all items are missing from my game, playing on Xbox series s

Hi!

my daily rewards were removed from my Xbox after todays update. (Sept.18/24)
on console there is no way to “back up” these items in a save file.

what’s the solution and how do I get them back?
Or should I just not bother doing these things as the rewards are not permanent? (I logged into both Xbox and PlayStation to ensure I’d have these items and with one update from EA they are gone. 😭)

@Ayonna143 Thank you for reporting this, I’m having the same issue on my Mac. Hopefully we will get our stuff back soon, I miss the pillow so much already.

Same issue here, I updated my game and all my reward events are gone. I can't believe this is even a thing. What is the solution EA?

@crinrict Same thing is happening to me. I play on Xbox Series S & all the event awards are missing. I did have them all but now they have all gone. The new update on the 18/09/24 they are still missing.

Mine are also gone. I play on Xbox series s, so no mods. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

I logged in everyday and had all reward items and trait on the PS5 console, now I can't find any item in the catalogue. Had some lots with items (nanocan and pillows) can move and copy them just fine but they don't appear on the catalogue searching by name, or anywhere in Show All. Don't have a sim with the trait or necklace so I can't find those either.
Don't want to use cheats to see if the build items appear in hidden objects. Please fix this because I was so excited for the new login event... I read and read people recommend saving a file on PC so this doesn't happen but what about console, what can I do or what thing should I backup so I don't lose anything? How can I see the items again on catalogue please.

Island Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Crystal Creations, Paranormal Stuff, Tiny Living, My First Pet, Toddler Stuff and Kids Room stuff, Backyard Stuff, Romantic Garden, Spooky Stuff

I would like to note I have not uninstalled the game at all since the event so there should be no reason this is happening.
I updated the game fully today as I haven't since the first LS patch so I don't know what update this is tied to.
The mini fridge was still on my lot but have since removed it to avoid any potential issues
