[FIXED] Happy Login Rewards removed (Patch 1.99)

    We changed how Event rewards are stored with our September 18 update. After this change, we learned that some Simmers are missing rewards they earned through the Happy At Home Event we ran earlier this year.

    To make sure everyone gets the rewards they earned, we’re granting players across all platforms the Happy At Home Event rewards with today’s update.

    All of the Happy At Home Event rewards will be added to the game permanently with this update for all players, with no action needed from you. Need help finding them in-game? Read our guide on how to find your rewards in Build Mode and Create a Sim.

    Build/Buy Mode:

    • Bullseye Dartboard
    • Casual Comfort Pillow
    • Compact Bar
    • Guerdon Goods Mini Fridge
    • Guerdon Goods Vending Machine
    • NanoCan 2.0

    Create a Sim

    • Athleisure Wear
    • Night Sky Layered Necklace
    • Practice Makes Perfect Sim Trait
    • Serenity Hairstyle

    We don’t expect this issue to impact the Reaper’s Rewards Event, as those rewards will be linked to your EA account rather than stored only on your device. We don’t plan on adding those rewards to the Base Game at a later date. The addition of the Happy At Home Event rewards with today’s update are a one-time make good to thank you for your patience as we continue to work on, and improve, Events in The Sims 4.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99 (Most Recent)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Crystal Creations, Paranormal Stuff, Tiny Living, My First Pet, Toddler Stuff and Kids Room stuff, Backyard Stuff, Romantic Garden, Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and search for the past daily rewards in a save
What happens when the bug occurs? The rewards have been completely removed
What do you expect to see? The rewards I logged in to claim from the last event
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I would like to note I have not uninstalled the game at all since the event so there should be no reason this is happening.

I updated the game fully today as I haven't since the first LS patch so I don't know what update this is tied to. 

The mini fridge was still on my lot but have since removed it to avoid any potential issues

    Happening for me on PC. Except, yesterday, they were there. I was checking out the new swatches of things and was starting a build. I was going to use the pillow, and placed 2 down. Today, I no longer have the rewards.

      You can add me to this list now as of 9/19, the two new kits Artist Studio and Storybook Nursery were downloaded but I guess they overrode something and my login rewards are now MISSING. How do I get them back?  

      WHY IS THIS SAVED LOCALLY?!?!?!
