Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Befriend Knox Greenburg, invite to move into household and then ... wait
What happens when the bug occurs? The issue is specifically happening with Knox Greenberg - He joined my household but frequently reverts to neighbour status and cannot access the house unless invited inside - but this doesn’t change his status and he tries to leave the lot after a while and waits around in the garden with his needs deteriorating
What do you expect to see? For my household member not to revert to neighbour status
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I recently installed Eco Life and started a new game. My household member befriended Knox Greenburg and asked him to move in with her. Fine, no problem.
after a couple of sims days I realised he couldn’t get inside the house (route blocked/inaccessible) and when I hovered over him it said “neighbour” above his head, despite him being the active household member.
to fix this, I moved the household to a different lot and then back into the original home, which temporarily solved the issue - but he keeps reverting back to neighbours status and I cannot fix it without moving houses again.
