[FIXED] [HR] A fallen frog tree in the Riders' Glen area can't look for frogs

(I owned DLCs '23/07/27: EP: All excluding HightSchoolYears and GrowingTogether GP: All excluding RealmOfMagic, JourneyToBatuu SP: Spooky, Backyard, VintageGlamour, Toddler, LandryDay, Moschino, TinyLiving, Paranormal Kit: IndustrialLoft, Desert Luxe. Greenhouse Haven, Book Nook)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to find a frog in the fallen frog tree at the position of the attached image
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the object is put on an impenetrable place, you can't even approach the frog, let alone look for it.
What do you expect to see? Look for frogs from fallen trees placed in movable locations.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't explored all of this new world yet, but so far only this fallen tree is unclickable.
