So I have had this save for a pretty long time now. I have a cow, a few chicken, and a baby sheep. Suddenly, when I try to put them in my inventory, it says that they are not owned by my sims. Not only that, but because they're "not mine" anymore I can't do specific actions with them. For example, I can't shear my baby sheep even though when I hover over it it says "ready to be sheared". I also can't fulfill their needs, I can't feed or clean them. I can just talk to them. I don't know what to do and they're useless without me owning them.

Hi, sorry for answering this late. Mods don't seem to cause the problem. I can move the animals into my household inventory, but moving them out of it again doesn't change anything.

@Dagamanama Does this look like your issue, but also with the Horse Ranch sheep? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-CoL-LLama-Cow-placed-into-household-inventory-can-t-be/td-p/10534080 Also, does it happen in a new save as well? A new save after removing the mods folder and deleting localthumbcache would be a terrific bug test!

I've created a new save with no mods or CC installed, but I couldn't manage to reproduce the problem. I am still able to put them in the household inventory and also take them out of it. My sims can interact with them but some actions are missing, like feeding them or sending them back to their coop. I really don't know what could cause it... ☹️
